Returns and payments policy
In case you wish to return the product you have purchased, you have the option to do so within 10 calendar days from the day you received it. There are no returns on seasonal product purchases. Throughout the process you can request guidance from us at 24630-80855 and at bibliotopos@yahoo.gr . Below you will find all the necessary information about the product return process.
Reasons for product return
- If the product you received was unduly damaged or you noticed a construction defect and is not due to misuse, then you can bring the product to our store (Bookstore “Bookstore”, 11 Vasilissis Sofias, Ptolemaida, Kozani, PC: 50200, or send it The product will then be sent to the manufacturer’s headquarters to determine if it is a factory defect. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge.
- In case we sent you the wrong item and we are solely responsible for it, then we will send you the right one and we will bear all the shipping costs.

Ways to Return Products

“How do I send back a product by courier?”:
STEP 1 : Pack the product in the same box you received it or in another box large enough to be protected during shipment.

* Please note that the return costs in case of unnecessary product return are borne by you. In case of our own error or defect of the product, then the costs are covered by us.

– It is necessary to include the purchase receipt when returning the product. Alternatively you can digitally email us a proof of purchase (order code or digital receipt)
– Please check upon receipt if the product is the right one to avoid further inconvenience and extra costs. If the product has been opened from its packaging or is abused, you lose both the right of unnecessary withdrawal and the right of return due to receipt of an incorrect code.
– We would like to point out that in case the product proves that it does not meet the necessary return conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense. As mentioned above, shipping costs are fully covered by us in case of error or proven defective product.

Our Bookstore “Bookstore” (Name: KALLIOPI HATZIAPOSTOLOU, Tax Identification Number: 030396627, Tax Office: Ptolemaida), reserves the right to modify or renew the terms of use and conditions of transactions made via the electronic vivliotopos.gr. In case this happens we undertake to inform you via email. Orders placed before any change of terms will not be affected.

Ways to order
We try to make the ordering process as easy and flexible as possible, so you can order the products you want in 4 different ways:
Α. Through our website with absolute security and delivery to your place from 1-4 working days. (Except for the products that are in short supply. In such a case, however, we will inform you about your choices.)
- By phone: at 24630 80855 (local charge), Monday to Friday morning 09:00 – 14:30 and afternoon 17:00 – 21:00 (except Wednesday and Thursday) & amp; Saturday 09:00 – 15:00.

Order processing time
After your order on our website, it will be delivered within 1-4 working days from the start date. We would like you to know that we will try to serve you as soon as possible but the delivery time depends on the availability of the products you requested. In some cases, there may be some further delays in some orders. See below in “Order Delay” for more information.
Shipping charges
DOMESTIC SERVICES
- Within the same City, shipments weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 2.30 €. For each additional 1 kg + 0.70 €.
- From City to City shipments to Land Greece weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 2.60 €. For each additional 1 kg +0.80 €. Shipping to Nisiotiki1 (1) Greece weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 2.90 €. For each additional 1 kg +0.90 €.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES (Increases): Cash on Delivery Service the charge is 1.70 € To Remote / Inaccessible Areas of the Region (2) the charge is 3.00 €.
– (1) For sending parcels (from 1 kg and up) to & amp; from, destinations: Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Karpathos, Kalymnos, Chios, Mytilene, Samos, Lemnos, Ikaria, Mykonos, Santorini, Milos, Kythira the following options are provided: • Economy: delivery in 1-3 working days, in the above prices. • Express: delivery the next working day with a surcharge of 0.80 € per kilo.
– (2) Delivery in 1-2 extra days
The above prices do not include the applicable VAT.
Payment methods:
In our online store you can safely pay either by:
– cash on delivery (cash on delivery = 2 euros extra charge)
– via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

We work with many suppliers from around the world to be able to offer you a wide range of quality products (books, school supplies, office supplies, craft products & gifts). Sometimes some product codes are exhausted or removed. It’s something we do not want but unfortunately it happens. In this possible case we do not bear any responsibility to Vivliotopos Bookstore but if it happens to you, be sure that one of our representatives will contact you and we will find the best alternative to your problem.
Some products may be defective or incomplete in their packaging. In this case, too, we have no responsibility, but it is our responsibility to try to make the process of returning and changing products as easy and painless as possible.
Finally, we do not bear any responsibility if for some reason you decide to use a product contrary to the rules of use or for a purpose other than that intended.
Intellectual property rights
The website www.vivliotopos.gr belongs to the Bookstore “Vivliotopos” and all content posted on the website is the intellectual property of the Bookstore “Bookstore” and is protected through the relevant provisions of the Greek & European law. At the same time, legibility marks and insignia (logo, trademarks, names, images) are subject to Community and international trademark laws and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.
Obligations of the Visitor
You are solely responsible for the content of your messages / statements. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative or even cancel the order.
– The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the 1,000+ products we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that they are being withdrawn. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
– In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
– In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. your details that you have entered are not properly updated. In any case, the delay does not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract. In any case, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and to avoid any inconvenience to you.
Out of stock products
From time to time some of the trade codes may be exhausted. These codes are either reissued or withdrawn by the supplier and are therefore no longer commercially available.
If any of the products you have ordered have run out then one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible to find the best alternative, either to send the order without the specific item, or to get your money back.
